Join a Coralus Pod
There's something magical that happens when we come together in small groups over time...
Relationships are forged.
Trust is built.
We witness each other's gifts.
Ideas have room to grow.
Resources are made abundant.
Small groups in Coralus are a reflection of our larger community. Like fractals, they are smaller facets of the ways our global community works in relationship together on the issues and topics we care about.
The next cycle of pods runs from May to October 2025.

WHY PODS?
Across Coralus, people have gathered together, most often in small groups at local events, at our annual gatherings. You often find the people you need when you need them. In breakout rooms, we marvel, "The person I needed was actually in my room!"
The magic of this high quality community of generous folks is real.
Every time we show up on calls or at events, we realize that there are people all around us who are keen to support us, to learn with us, to cheer us on. It makes the journey easier, lighter, more fun, and more impactful.
So what if we made it part of our design?
Organizing around our true nature
Jessica Keats,
Coralus Activator
I feel so connected to the community. We've been together for four years, mostly online, and it feels a lot different now.
Everybody's taking part in it, and and we're all offering something, and everyone's in receiving mode and curiosity mode and there's a sense of new beginnings.
WHAT IS A POD?
A pod is a small group of 4-8 community members convening for 6 meetings over a shared purpose, theme, or question.
Designed for Deepening Relationships
A commitment to a series of 6 meetings over 3-6 months, with members actively co-creating the experience.
Pods explore ideas, surface stories, create community cohesion, and more.
WHO CAN JOIN A POD? HOW MANY CAN I JOIN?
Pods can be catalyzed or joined by any active Coralus member (with a current subscription).
Pods can serve as your group for accountability, belonging, learning, and support as you journey in your life and business. You can join more than one (there are so many interesting topics), just remember it's a commitment to 6 meetings over 3 or 6 months so be aware of how much you can add to your calendar.
Pods are intentionally small groups and the presence and contributions of each member shapes the experience for other members. With this in mind, we ask you to commit to holding the space for all six meetings in your calendar. When choosing your pods, check to make sure that the meeting times don't conflict with your standing commitments or with other pods that you have joined.

HOW DO I CATALYZE A POD?
Have something that you’d like to practice with others? Looking for a space to explore a big idea? Want to get into deeper relationships with like-hearted people around a given topic?
Pod Catalysts are community members who get the ball rolling for a pod. Learn more about submitting a pod idea and acting as a pod catalyst below.
Pod Ideas Already Seeded
WHAT PODS HAVE BEEN CATALYZED IN THE PAST?
Below is a sampling of pod ideas that community members have hosted in the previous seasons of pods to give you an idea of the breadth of topics that have been proposed in the past! We hope that these topics inspire you to catalyze a pod of your own or get you excited to see what topics have been catalyzed for this season.

Core Principles of Emergent Strategy
There is always enough time for the right work. There is a conversation in the room that only these people at this moment can have. Find it.
Focus on critical connections more than critical mass - build the resilience by building the relationships.
As a global organization, Coralus resides on the traditional territories of many nations.
We acknowledge the Indigenous peoples who are traditional stewards of the land where our headquarters reside: the Wendat, the Anishinaabe Nation, the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, and the Métis Nation.
Indigenous wisdom is the pathway home to a life-sustaining society. We work alongside our Indigenous siblings, elders past present + future, globally, to transform systems on behalf of a better world.

Coralus collectively practices different ways of doing things for a better now and a new inheritance. Members offer and access resources at their own pace, creating a self-regenerating, pay-it-forward pool of skills, connections, funds, and support then used to advance ventures and the collective doing world changing work.
Coralus has circulated nearly $19M to 190+ women- and non-binary-led ventures by distributing capital via collective decision-making. 45% of those founders are from chronically excluded racial and ethnic groups. The payback rate on its unsecured 0% interest loans is 95%. Founded in Canada in 2015, Coralus' current footprint includes the US, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.
